But the reality TV star, 30, could never have imagined she would be up against her own sister Khloe, 26, as she released her own fragrance with husband Lamar Odom, 31.
Despite releasing her fragrance exactly 12 months ago, the middle Kardashian sister has been hawking her scent again.

Perhaps hoping to remind shoppers she had the first Kardashian fragrance, Kim posed with a bottle of eponymous named scent at Macy's department store in Glendale, Los Angeles yesterday.
Kim's sales push comes just a few weeks after Khloe and basketball star husband Lamar released their Unbreakable unisex eau de toilette.
The accompanying ad campaign sees the pair - who married in September 2009 after just a month of dating - apparently naked.
Kim's scent contains gardenia, tuberose and jasmine and comes in a translucent, round black bottle with her initials KK emblazoned across the front.

Fans of Keeping Up With The Kardashians will remember the sister famously clashed over perfume in Series 3 two years ago.
After Kim and her mother-manager Kris Jenner announced plans to release her debut scent and name it 'Dashing' - after their LA clothing boutique Dash - Khloe and older sister Kourtney were furious.
They stopped talking to Kim and got Kourtney's partner Scott Disick to pretend to be a lawyer to phone Kim and threatened legal action for copyright infringement of the Dash name.
So to appease her sisters, Kim ended up naming her fragrance after herself.

After her promotional event yesterday, Kim headed to Armenian restaurant Carousel in Hollywood, to celebrate what would have been her late father Robert's 67th birthday.
Celebrity lawyer Robert, who defended OJ Simpson during his high-profile murder trial, died of cancer in 2003.
To mark the birthday, Kim and her family dined at her dad's favourite restaurant and had a birthday cake made.
After posting a photo of the cake on Twitter, Kim wrote: 'Happy Birthday Dad! Celebrating at his favorite Armenian restaurant with the family.
'Armenian food was sooo yummy.'
Writing on his Twitter, her brother Rob - who was 16 when his dad died - wrote: 'Miss you RK.'
