She was sent back to the state that shot her to fame and fortune to film series three of Jersey Shore.
But with the temperatures hitting the low end of the thermometer, it was no surprise to see JWoww back in the warmer climes of Miami.
The reality TV star, real name Jenni Farley, was snapped soaking up the scorching sun by a pool at a hotel on the city's South Beach.

Looking stunning in a little black bikini, the Jersey Shore star chatted to a male friend as she lounged about.
She was topping up her tan before making a public appearance to promote Ab Cuts, a natural body supplement.
And she took to her Twitter page to keep her fans and followers up to date on her movements.

She wrote: 'Relaxed by the pool all day. Now I'm getting ready for my ab cuts signing, then home to my 2 lil babies.'
Before her lazy afternoon by the pool, she was snapped taking boyfriend Roger Matthews to the Lecca Lecca Gelato Caffe in South Beach where she worked while filming the second series of Jersey Shore.
After her promo work was done, she and Matthews headed off to the airport to jet back to New York, where she will stay before filming series four of the show.

But when she arrived back in her native state, she discovered that the airline had lost her luggage.
So she furiously took to her Twitter page again to vent her rage and wrote: 'U have to be kidding me. American airlines lost my luggage... I want to cry :('
She then Tweeted the airline itself and added: 'u have all mine and rogers stuff :( I pay for priority n u don't put our luggage on the flight?'

Jersey Shore wraps up series three this Thursday and takes a break before filming starts again for series four next month.
But this time, the gang won't be in New Jersey or Miami, but are being sent over to Italy to shoot the series there.
