- Kulula (Zulu for ‘easily’), first took to the skies in August 2001 as South Africa’s first low fare airline. Their modest, but playful fleet consists of one Boeing 737-200, one Boeing 737-300, seven Boeing 737-400′s and two 737-800′s.
