It's been nearly four years since audiences last saw his acrobatic web spinning prowess.
And now Spider-Man is back, this time with Andrew Garfield playing the iconic superhero.
Colombia Pictures today released the first image of the British actor in the infamous blue and red suit, with a few visible changes.

The suit looks a little more high-tech and modern than that worn by Tobey Maguire, who played the iconic character for three hit movies - the last one back in 2007.
Andrew, 27, has busy training for the role, in which he stars opposite Emma Stone as love interest Gwen Stacey.
'I want to feel stronger that I’ve ever felt, and I want to feel more flexible,' he recently told Details magazine.
'I want to feel powerful. You don’t want to just be a pack of meat — it has to be an open body. It does something to your psyche, and it does something to the way you move.'
Both he and Emma are currently filming the as-yet untitled reboot in Los Angeles.
'I see it as a massive challenge in many ways to make it authentic,' added Andrew. 'To make the character live and breathe in a new way.
'The audience already has a relationship with many different incarnations of the character. I do, as well.
'I’m probably going to be the guy in the movie theatre shouting abuse at myself. But I have to let that go. No turning back. And I wouldn’t want to.'
The film, directed by Marc Webb also stars Rhys Ifans, Martin Sheen and Sally Field, and is set to be released next year.
Meanwhile, Andrew is tipped to receive an Oscar nomination for his role in hit film The Social Network, and he is in the running for a Supporting Actor Golden Globe this Sunday.
